OTC desk · Robinhood Chain

Sell a block of tokenized stock to one buyer, in one transaction.

Escrowed on-chain. Priced in USDG. No order book is moved. A seller locks stock tokens in the desk contract at a fixed price; a buyer fills all or part of it in a single transaction.

Price is stored per token (raw, 18 decimals). The per-share figure follows the token's live UI multiplier, which moves on splits and dividends. How pricing works

How it works

Post. Fill. Or cancel.

One contract, three actions. No owner, no pause, no upgrade, fee fixed at 1%.

01 / POST

Seller escrows a block

Pick a Robinhood Token, a size and a USDG price per share, and an expiry. The tokens are escrowed by the contract until filled or cancelled.

on-chain: createOffer → OfferCreated
02 / FILL

Buyer fills in one tx

Take the whole offer or part of it. In one transaction the buyer pays the listed price in USDG, the seller receives 99%, 1% stays in the desk, and the stock tokens move to the buyer.

on-chain: fillOffer → OfferFilled
03 / CANCEL

Seller can cancel

The seller can cancel the unfilled part at any time and the remaining tokens go back to them. Offers expire; an expired offer can be reclaimed the same way.

on-chain: cancelOffer → OfferCancelled

FEE
1%

The buyer pays the listed price. 1% of it stays in the desk contract as the fee; the seller receives 99%. Anyone can call withdrawFees() to move the fee to the team wallet 0xFba2…0dC1.

RISKS
  • Robinhood can pause and burn. The stock token issuer can pause transfers and burn tokens from any address, including the desk escrow. A burn from the desk would leave the last seller(s) of that token short. /proof compares the desk balance with open offers.
  • Paxos can freeze USDG. A frozen buyer or seller cannot fill. If the desk address is frozen, all fills stop; sellers can still cancel and take their stock tokens back.
  • Per-share price moves. The contract price is per raw token. The per-share figure shifts when the UI multiplier changes on a split or dividend. Read both numbers.
  • Cancel race. A seller can cancel before your fill lands; you lose gas only, never funds. A fill always executes at that offer's price.
  • Other tokens. The contract does not whitelist tokens. The board hides non-Robinhood tokens; calling the contract directly does not.
  • Thin liquidity, no audit. An offer may sit unfilled. The contract is not professionally audited: tests and a Sourcify exact match only.
